Ottis the Cat needs a home

Ottis is a 1 1/2 year old boy who is bonded with his sister, Cinnamon, from birth. He comes around faster than his sister, although Cinnamon takes about a day or two to warm up. Neither one likes other cats other than each other; they grew up with dogs and kids. Ottis loves to greet you at the door, head scratchings, and lounge in his kitty tree.
